$1100-$1300 or so brand new or $600 used with a fresh coat of paint on the deck lid seems like a pretty damn fair price to me.
You can pick up those 3 items brand new together for roughly $730 with tax though subaru geniune parts and list price would be around $857 with tax and with no paint or shipping charges. Now add another $300-$500 for paint...
