SOLD

2010 STI Special Edition in Aspen White - $21,900 OBO
First the good news:
73k total miles, single owner car. Engine was rebuilt at 50k miles by LIC and tuned by Snail Performance. She was tracked twice and competed in SF SCCA prior to ringland failure. She hasn't been to autocross or the track since the rebuild, only daily driven. Only 250 Aspen White Special Edition STIs were released in the US. She's almost a unicorn. There's a lot of money in her. She has been babied and taken well care of. I kept her clean.
- Serviced every 3k miles
- All service and work performed at LICmotorsports.com
- Receipts available for all work & the entire history of car
- Clean title
- No accidents
Now, the bad news:
I recently did a leak down and compression test at LIC and was shocked to discover that there is a problem. Other 3 cylinders are perfect. It doesn't go thru any oil. Runs beautifully and we can't find anything noticeable in diagnostics. But compression test doesn't lie... so, at some point it is going to need a rebuild.
150/2% - 143/19% - 150/3% - 150/2%
10k? 20k? 50k more miles? who knows. But I can't sell it without disclosing that info. That being said, I am now re-listing her at the wonderfully (F me) low price of $21900

BTW, side topic, would you be selling the dpts if the HGs go with the car?
