FS: 2007 Forester XT sport 5spd
UPDATE: Still for sale but no longer in a rush to sell. I will not be buying a house until at least another year or 2.
Hey guys, So many of you know I had purchased this forester after my wagon was totaled last year. Well now it has come time to try and sell it in order to try and buy a house. This will only help with down payment.
A little history on the car, I am the 3rd owner. 2nd owner was my cousin who only had it for 2 months and couldnt afford to keep it in the daly city along with 2 other cars parked on the street. the first owner had the car up til 137k miles. During the time the original owner had it, The car was side swiped while parked on the street. Car has since then been repaired and still retains a Clean title car. I wish I had pictures of the car prior to repair but I do not. the original owner had done all the maintenance on time and has had the dreaded air pump valves replaced already.
My cousin owned the car for roughly 1,000 miles before I approached him if he wanted to sell it since he had tossed up the idea before. I purchased the car w 138k miles. drove it home and drove it around for a week and then vehicle started having a misfire in cylinder 3. Did a compression test and leak down and found that cylinder 3 had about 60psi. During the Leak down test, found the exhaust valve was burnt. So out came the engine. Replaced the burnt exhaust valve and re-did both headgaskets along with all the other seals. Also replaced the clutch while the motor was out. I havent ran into another issue since. Car has about 143k miles now.

Front bumper passenger corner has some paint scratches and rear bumper has some flaw
