I'm not. Unfortunately it's a buyers market right now and his market is VERY VERY small. Not to many people are in to buying modified cars. Then you lower that to modified subarus. Then you modify it to subarus modified in that fashion.

My bet... different wheels, raise it, loose the stickers. Car sells much much quicker. But that's just me. I'd buy that car in an instant but I would dump all the power mods, raise the car up a little and put some proper wheels on it. LOL. Hell I'd probably dump all the power and suspension mods.

Smaller market... just because it is. Stock wagons are gonna sell faster. Period. Modified ones take longer. One modified to the minority of the "scene" is gonna take even longer. Not everyone wants a show car or a car that is that low. Just what my experience over the last 15 years or so of driving/owning/selling modified cars. The hella flush thing is a very small percentage of our consumer base.

As for why I would change it. I LOVE the color and I love his choice in body modifications. Love the seat/stereo. Etc. I like the color of the wheels even though I feel like I shouldn't. LOL. But I'd rather run a slightly slimmer wheel and run more tire. I would have to raise it in order to do that. I also snowboard and live on a gravel road so I would need the lip up an inch or so.

But body wise he's done exactly what I want for my wagon... and the paint color is rad. I think it's an awesome car. Even as is for someone. Just not for me and not for most buyers. I'm not saying he should change it. But if it doesn't sell soon and he needs it to sell then he may consider it.

It's a low mileage wagon with SUPER clean body mods and a rad color. If it's a little less extreme in wheel fitment and ride height I think it sells way faster.

lol well said. i agree with most of that. i mean im running wider and stuff but i like the look. but for a buyer, they probably wouldnt want one as modified. i know i didnt when i bought my sti. i thought you were just hating on the look... i was gonna say you have to be kidding me. =)
