FS: 2002 WRX Wagon

2002 WRX Wagon/5 speed
Aspen white
164k
2nd owner
Clean title/no accidents
All maintenance records

I purchased this vehicle from the original owner at 145k. Up to that point the vehicle was used to commute from St Helena to Santa Rosa. The original owner was meticulous about maintenance and more importantly followed the book in terms of servicing (I have all receipts/records). Mobil 1 has been used since the first oil change.

I too am meticulous about maintenance and have complete records for the work I’ve done since I purchased the vehicle.

Recent work includes:

Last oil change (Mobile one/163k/LIC Motorsports)
Belts, fluids, plugs, compression test, etc. (145k/LIC Motorsports)
New clutch/flywheel (120k/dealer)
New radiator (stock/140k/dealer)
New battery (159k/local shop)
New/upgraded brakes - STI Brembo front calipers w/Stoptech slotted front/rear rotors & pads, Stoptech stainless lines front/rear, fluid flushed and replaced with AP (161k/LIC Motorsports)
Upgraded suspension - KYB GR-2 struts, Swift wagon springs, SPT
tophats front/rear, Whiteline bump steer/roll center kit (150k/LIC Motorsports)
Sedan rear sway bar (150k/LIC Motorsports)
Rota DPT wheels (17x8)
235/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sport/All Season Plus tires (160k/America’s Tire)
Rolled rear fenders to accommodate larger wheels/tires (160k/LIC Motorsports)
SPT intake
All-weather floor mats – front/rear/hatch (new)
Hardwired for a Valentine One.

Only known issues:

The AC system is non-op. Previous owner has records of fixing a leak a few years ago. I replaced the AC idler pulley and belt but have not had time to deal getting the system online. Also the valve cover gaskets are weeping – not exactly leaking. The folks at LIC Motorsports have confirmed that this is something that can wait until the 190k service. The valve cover gasket replacement is approx. $500.

I just had all of the minor scrapes/scratches taken care of by the local body shop. They also de-oxidized the headlights. There are, however, minor dents that go along with an 11 year old car. Additionally the stitching in the drivers seat is beginning to separate in one small area.

Overall it is very presentable and in amazing shape given its age. It is important to emphasize that the owner history for this vehicle is just two 40+ year-old professionals. This car has been driven responsibly, maintained fanatically and the recent mild modifications have transformed it to a truly amazing vehicle.

I had every intention to keep this vehicle for some time. However, I need to move into a vehicle that can better accommodate a growing family and all of our gear (complete Yakima roof rack with bike attachments can be included w/sale).

SOLD
