-Black Stereo Trim (instead of the usual silver)
-Black A-Pillars (instead of the stock grey)

-------------------------------------------

-Trades: Not interested.

-Parts: Please do not ask for individual parts off the car. It is sold as a “whole package” and will not be parted out at this time.

-Previous owner claimed the 60,000 service was done- I accepted that but he provided no evidence. It has NOT had the 90,000 but the oil is changed every 1,500-3,000 miles with Royal Purple Synthetic and the car runs great.

-Smog: Passed. Completed on May 3rd, 2011

-Offers: Please don’t email me asking, “What is the lowest offer you’ll take?” If I listed at the lowest absolute offer I’d accept, you’d just offer less. I’m open to reasonable offers and negotiation, but won’t entertain (or even respond to) lowball (read: thousands less) offers.

-Story: I’ve had this car for a few years and am looking to buy a bike. I’m in no rush to sell and don’t need the money, but the car will eventually be sold. It sits in the garage 95% of the time and takes up space, uses 91, and isn’t the car I see myself driving as I get older.

-Power: This car is quick. I don’t know its 0-60, ¼ mile time, or any other formal measurement of speed. I don’t race it, the previous owner didn’t, but it’s quick enough push you back a bit in the seat (realized this is definitely an understatement but oh well).

-Disclaimer: I'm sure I forgot things so I'll add them as I remember. Interior and engine pictures will be posted in the next few days.

Exterior Pics:

Engine Pics:

*Dyno sheet says it's a 2003- I can assure you it's an 2002.
*You'll notice the dyno sheet shows power up high- this car is a bit of a different beast. The VF22 spools a tad bit later but ends up pulling like a freight train once it gets going. Compared to a Stage 2 STI, the STI will throw you back sooner, but this car will do it longer. The feeling that Stage 2 WRX's get up top when they've reached their limit is practically nonexistent on this car. It will pull and pull hard until you lift your foot.
***That's a STI intercooler with some silver heat paint to hide the STI logo & an APS inlet painted black. This car was built to hide it's abilities.

Interior Pics:

NOTE: I'll try to respond to any questions late each night.

Edit 1: Added catless uppipe
Edit 2: Added Engine and Interior Pictures & that the car is not wingless
Edit 3: Added Walbro 255 fuel pump
Edit 4: Smog Completed 5/3/11
Edit 5: Sold 5/4/11

Dumb question, but what kind of gas mileage do you get with the upgraded turbo and bigger injectors?

Thank you. I do hope as well the new owner will enjoy it as much as I have.

Not a dumb question at all. Between the live data from the AP and a bit of guessing, I'm going to say 23 highway and 17-18 around the city- complete guesses though. To be honest, freeway driving seems about the same mileage as before, it's just once the turbo spools it's hard to let off. Passing someone in 5th is so much easier but I'm sure the gas mileage goes down more because it's using more fuel under boost. Out of boost seems close to stock- don't quote me on any of this though it's all purely anecdotal.

I don't mean to be an asswipe, but I believe he said that in his original post. When he bought the car, the previous owner said he did the 60k service(which includes timing belt and such) and current owner selling the car now took his word for it. It still needs to have the 90k service.

JW, stock up pipe with the cat is still in there right? theres no sti up pipe or aftermarket up pipe in there, which I'm guessing is why it will pass smog with a few tweaks even though it has a catless down pipe?

Good luck with the sale, I probably would have been interested a year ago when I was looking for my bugeye. What I like most about this car is how the owner presents it. Nice clear format, easy to read, lists all modification separated by groups. It makes me think the current owner took great care of the car.

Please see the listing info. As for the radiator I'm not sure what you're looking for there- it doesn't leak and the coolant system has been flushed many times during installs etc.

Thank you! Forgot about the helix catless uppipe in there- I replaced the stock one because they can sometimes break apart under stress. As for the smog, the tweaks involve the downpipe and the upipe is no problem. If you're curious pm me for more detail. And thank you for the kind words.

Correct. Even the 90,000 doesn't include the timing belt so the car is home free in that respect. And to be honest, 95% of the 60,000 service has been completed since my purchase just to be safe because I'm OCD like that anyway. I just don't have any formal shop/dealer receipt showing a 60,000 service and don't want anyone to think I do.

Likely going to smog the car today to alleviate anyone's fears it won't pass.
