FS: 2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS with WRX engine
2002 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS with WRX turbo engine. 5 speed manual transmission. PSM (silver) Sedan.
This is a 2.5 RS with a WRX engine swapped into it. The swap is completely legal, and approved by California State Smog Ref. The car is actually faster than a WRX with equal mods because the gearing is a closer ratio, making for faster acceleration and faster turbo spool.
The car has a ACT Streetlite lightened flywheel and a ACT heavy duty street clutch. It also has Tanabe GF210 lowering springs (only about a 1 inch drop), slotted front brake rotors, stainless steel brake lines, front and rear strut braces, Cusco front lower H-Brace and White Line Front Anti-Lift kit, STI hood scoop, zerosports replica grill.
Other advantages of this car over a WRX are the interior fabric pattern is one that only the RS’s had, and in my opinion it looks nicer than the WRX interior. Also you still get RS insurance prices, even though it is faster than a wrx.
Interior and exterior are in excellent condition. Clean title, no accidents. No smoking or pets in car. 61,000 miles.
