Car Info: '02 WRX Wagon and a '04 Miata
FS: 2002 SRP WRX Wagon (one owner/low miles)
Sadly it's time to sell my bug eye wagon since I will have to start commuting longer. I'm the original owner, it has been my daily driver since 2002 and the car has been meticulously cared for. No track days or autocross (have a Miata for that).
Asking $SOLD
Mileage: 86.5K
Have a stack full of maintenance receipts including a recent 105K full service timing belt service at EQ - I did this based on age, not mileage. 30k/60k and all other services done at Santa Cruz Subaru, Speed Element or GB Tuning
Oil changed 3-4K using either Mobil 1 and, more recently Rotella T6 using OEM or Wix oil filters
Recently changed the transmission oil with Redline 75-90NS
Good:
Car has been garaged since day 1 and regularly waxed. Pictures were taken earlier today
Running on Mille Maglia 17x7 wheels with General UHP tires. Eibach springs. Ride is very comfy w/o the 4x4 OEM look
Stromung 2.5" catback exhaust (have OEM one as well). Sounds very mature but sporty at the same time
Helix uppipe to prevent turbo failure due to disintegrating pre-cat
EQ Tuning stage 1 tune (safe and smooth power delivery)
Accesport v1 will be included
Have an Alpine mp3/CD player with upgraded front speakers (has factory subwoofer). Added some sound insulation on door panels and rear trunk/rear seat area. Have the OEM stereo as well
Heated drivers seat (sorry passengers!)
Cobb double adjustable short shifter. Will include kartboy shifter bushing
TMW weighted shift **** (have the OEM and Subaru/Momo one as well)
Whiteline rear strut brace with quick release connects - stiffens up the rear end nicely and comes off in a minute
Not so good:
Some jackass dinged the rear passenger door. Got it dent repaired but it's still noticeable at certain angles.
Another dingbat dumped wet paint on 101 which coated the front driver's side inner fender - got all the paint on the bodywork in time so no harm done other than the plastic fender liner
Digital clock on the dash center decided to stop working a few years ago but never bothered replacing it since there is one on the radio
Got a stain on driver's seat (sunscreen). Bolsters are in excellent condition on both fronts seats.
These cars are getting harder to find in this condition. This one is an unmolested example in a rare color (was only available in 02-03) driven by a mature adult. Thanks for looking..
