FS: 2002 MR-2 Spyder, silver, 5spd, Koni/H&R..
Car is GONE...
Regrettably putting my 2002 Spyder up for sale. I just don't drive it anymore and it's sad to see it sit... It's in great shape and never let me down. SO MUCH FUN - the suspension is pretty amazing, and easily adjustable. It's like a "Kirkland Signature Lotus Elise" if you will. Standard 5spd with three pedals, 84k miles. Usually gets 30-35mpg.

Here's the details... Hope I got everything...
Extras:
H&R sport springs
Koni yellow adjustable shocks
Inspected and aligned at Roger Kraus Racing in Castro Valley
TRD "Quickshift" short shifter setup
MWR shifter bushings
3.0 Racing "Breastplate" center brace
3.0 Racing "Front Member Brace" lower chassis brace
TRD rear chassis braces
"Che's" Cusco-style front strut tower bar
ACT clutch around 5,000 miles ago
4-2 header, black ceramic coated with new stock 02 sensors and under factory heat shield
Team Moon "Duals" exhaust system with dual outlets and removable baffle to quiet it down (Sounds AWESOME but not annoying)
Tinted windows to protect interior - done by Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton - looks flawless and of course goes away when the top is down.
Maintenance/service:
Tires are still in good shape but probably only have another 10k miles left in them.
Replacement transmission + clutch (ACT) at 80k miles due to loud transmission whine. Replacement transmission from an '02 Spyder (Spyderchat member) with 49k miles that was getting a 2ZZ/6spd transplant. Clutch and transmission work done at this time by Aggressive Performance in San Jose (very happy with this shop and the work done!).
Oil changes with Toyota filter every 3500-5000 miles depending on use.
Exhaust manifold/precat replaced to correct failing precat at 74k miles - has successfully passed dyno smog since then on remaining OEM Cat.
Registration paid through 10/10 - needs nothing. Clean CA title in my posession.
Asking $9,200 or reasonable offer.

Very clean car... I guess you just have the tendency to keep your cars clean. My friend is driving the RS that you previously owned.

Thanks for all the comments! Nope, not on MR2OC though that's a good idea. Su is AWESOME and yes he's the one who put the trans/clutch/flywheel in. He also had a lot of nice things to say about the car.
Only thing else I have is my '95 L Coupe which I can't really sell, my '93 Justy which is more or less like a pet and my wife's '09 Fit. I don't really want to sell the Spyder or the Mini, but if the right offer comes along it will breathe life into my Coupe which is a car that I can enjoy year-round, and take on the track, leave it anywhere, go on a trip with my wife and my dog, drive through a field, put into a ditch/tree without crying like a little *****, etc. In a perfect world I would NEVER cut loose of the Mini or this Spyder. Both cars are so awesome and truly rich experiences but there have just been too many times when I drive away on a trip in the Fit and see my fun cars sitting there...

Down to 6 now - trying to get down to 3.
No no no... It's not for sale, can't sell it. Just got it back. It's sitting waiting for a cash injection. Suspension first, then WRX drivetrain.
