And the type R has a rear LED light on the wing.
no it doesn't

the seats however are not stock itr seats

and it is also missing the type r stickers on the back and side. which would be a guess that a lot of body panels were replaced if it is an itr

the type R came in 3 colors black yellow and white. Yea this car is fishy. To me it looks like they stripped the interior because the door panels and the rest of the dash has to be all black. Looks like it just has a engine swap or a new valve cover. Also the overall Height of the car is way to high to be a Type R. And the type R has a rear LED light on the wing.
lol

Don't read too much into that. Many Type R owners (like myself at one time) tend to remove the stickers for the "sleeper" look...

I was wondering....I thought I saw 5 lug...and those are definately Type R wheels.
I've been up close and person with them more than one occassion doing conversions.

It looks like a ligit type R to me. Looks like it might have been repainted. No type R badging/stickers.

Wish I could see the front.

But as for this guy. I think he may very well be a dealer of some kind. I recognize that window behind the car.

I think this dude had a wrx for sale a while back that had a carbon fiber hood and cwest kit and what not. I asked a bunch of questions...i was car shopping at the time and he would never answer my dealer question directly...kind of like in this thread.

Personally....I wouldn't buy a salvaged car unless I was really desperate and had the no how to fix things.....or if I was gonna turn it into a track car or mod the crap out of it

good buy for the right person but I wouldn't pay more than $11.5.
