I was wondering if these would clear my RPF1 17x9 +45 on my 05 WRX!?

Oh yeah I'm more than certain it will clear just fine. It's a 9J wide wheel with a relatively common stock offset. I'm trying to find some links/pics to show. Gimme a few so I can dig some up on 'ol google.

Ongoing project thread: DoinkWRX - Subaru Enthusiasts Car Club of the Sierras

This guy has 17x9 +45 and clears the rear 2pots you can see in his pics.

Kinda a grey area since people usually do 4pots in the front and change the wheels at that point. I've seen some people use spacers and longer studs, but having wheels that clear the calipers without spacers is the safest option honestly.

I had these rear brakes on my 02 wrx.

When I swapped on stock wheels, the REARS DO clear.

The jdm FRONT 4-pots DO NOT clear.
