Unfortunately I must sell my engine. I have a baby on the way and now need the cash . So I will be putting back in my 2.0 motor.

I am selling this in longblock form so you will need minimal items to do the swap. This is perfect for any wrx/rs person that wants/needs a new engine as everything from the old motor will just swap over. I would recommend larger injectors/turbo to take advantage of it though.

The install/swap was done by LIC Motorsports in Novato and I would highly recommend them to do the swap for anyone. You can call them to find out approximate labor time/price.

Engine only has 4k miles on it.
The motor:
2.5 usdm sti shortblock with 8.5:1 crawford pistons
WRX heads with crawford port job and arp head studs.
Also comes with water pump, oil pump, sti timing belt. All parts were brand new when install was done.

Had the car tuned conservatively and it dyno'd with 290whp with fp green on Vishnu dyno at 10.3 afr and pulls all the way to redline at 19psi.

Dont think so as it comes with wrx heads.

 

No avcs with the wrx heads. With the porting on the heads and all the hp curve on the dyno chart is very nice. I will post it when I get it. I expected a drop off with the wrx heads but it did not occur.

Also willing to part out the motor if anyone is interested. Would prefer to sell as complete but will take it apart if no takers. Readjusted original price to hopefully move this along faster.
