One of my favorite engines to be sure... I would totally jump at the chance to drive a RB26DETT equipped Z... But, a SBC equipped Z will always handle better due to the weight/balance. The V8 is behind the front axle line and most of the weight is lower than the suspension. The RB puts a huge portion of it's weight in front of the axle line and much higher than the SBC... Plus I mean... A water pump is $95 or so from Summit.

Just be clear, I would like to get around $8500 for it but am open to offers which will be happily accepted from anyone that has looked the car over first. I will let it got for $7500 until I get the water pump fixed so there's a deal!
The cost of the engine alone was around $7500 and the EFI kit sells for around $3k...

Man... Such a shame. I swear, if this car hadn't just sat in my garage for the past few months i would just keep it. I want to put the money into my Celica, and pick up a new lens though. I bet the second this thing sells 37 people will pop up who "woulda" bought it...

Bump for the flakes. Flaked on twice now by craigslist people. I am gonna change the water pump tomorrow, then post it for $7500. I hate selling cars, especially nice ones.
