I'm seeing the older iBooks go for $800-900 without any upgrades/extras, so I think $850 for everything is very fair

Thats a really good deal

I'm seeing between $850-1050 after shipping for the G4 1.33Ghz iBooks without the ram upgrade or the bluetooth mouse/maccase.

yeah, mine is 1.2GHz, came with 256MB RAM, no bluetooth, 30GB hard drive, ATI Mobility 9200 32MB. Over all a bit less then yours. :x

I bought more RAM on pricewatch.com and got a usb bluetooth dongle, I am waiting on a new MacBook though, those will be awesome.

Hey, my girlfriend may very well be interested.

Let me know if this is still up for grabs, or whats going on with pending payments, etc.

Also, shoot me a pm with any other details, ie, any extra software, confirm it runs cleanly and without any quirks, your work has been erased, or anything else.

Thanks in advance.

Hey how's it going Michael?

I have a few offers, but nobody serious yet. Before I sell it, I will have a fresh install of OS X Tiger and MS Office 2004. It runs seamlessly

Any idea which osX version? 10.3 or 10.4?

Does this also include the standard apple suite of photo, garage band, video and whatever else they generally come with?

Edit: I see osX 10.4.

Other Questions still stand (I'm from the PC world. I think the application suite is included with osX but I'm not sure)

By the way, how long is the warrenty good for?

Thanks.

The warranty is good for another 5 months. You can purchase AppleCare at any time before the original warranty expires to extend the warranty out an extra 2 years.

As for software, this is from the Apple website:

When it comes to surfing the Internet, getting your email, chatting with friends and colleagues, playing CDs, transferring your favorite music to your computer and organizing it into playlists, playing games and managing your growing library of digital photos, iBook G4 provides you with all of the software you need. And more.
Start a Revolution on Your Laptop

Mac OS X Tiger delivers more than 200 new features which make it easier than ever to find, access and enjoy everything on your iBook.
Spotlight
Find Anything, Fast

Tiger introduces Spotlight, the lightning-fast search technology that illuminates every corner of your Mac. Search everything on your system: Files, emails, contacts, images, movies, calendars and applications appear instantly. Spotlight results include all the metadata inside files — the “what, when and who” of everything on your Mac — including the kind of content, author, file size and many more details.

Get Info in a Dash

The new Dashboard hosts nifty widgets that appear instantly and keep you up to date with timely information from the Internet. View stocks, check weather forecasts, track flights, convert currency and units of measure, even look up businesses in the phone book. Your favorite widgets appear with up-to-the-second information, then disappear just as easily, so you can get back to what you were doing.
Make a Connection

Tiger makes your Mac a communications hub. Safari for Tiger features built-in RSS feed detection and display. Mail and Address Book incorporate Spotlight technology to help you stay organized. And iChat AV lets you hold video and audio conferences or send instant messages. Add a .Mac account for iDisk storage, a mac.com email address, your own home page and powerful syncing capability.
iLife '06
Enjoy iLife ’06

Make a movie of baby’s first steps, graduation or wedding, instantly. Just plug in your camcorder and iMovie HD does the rest. Share it with friends and family via email, the web or DVD with iDVD.(1) Or play it on your HDTV. Download songs from the iTunes Music Store. Make a mix playlist for your next house party or let iTunes deejay by using the Party Shuffle feature. Design your own iPhoto coffee-table book using the photos from your parents’ 25th wedding anniversary. Email photos of your graduation to the entire family. Record a song for that special someone in your life — then burn it to an audio CD as a gift. Play your latest guitar riffs at a party, backed by GarageBand and your Mac. Create a soundtrack for your iPhoto slideshow or iMovie project. Then share everything online with iWeb.
Do More

Use your iBook to balance your checkbook with Quicken 2005. Go on a fact-finding mission in the World Book Encyclopedia, which features thousands of QuickTime movies, sound clips, digital images and over 20,000 articles. Fly a pterodactyl in Nanosaur 2 or navigate a challenging maze in Marble Blast Gold. Test drive Microsoft Office, the premier productivity suite, which includes Entourage X, Excel X, Word X and PowerPoint X, free for 30 days. Use AppleWorks 6 to write a book report.

I have a (illegitimate) copy of MS Office 2004 that I can throw in if you want also
