they won't, only the '04 STi struts will fit a BD/BG/BK legacy. '05-'07 have wider spacing on the lower mounting bolts. not sure about the '08 and up, but I would assume it's the same.
i might be interested in the cat-back, but i'll have to see how much money i have after i pay my insurance. i'll let you know if i still want it.
