FS: 04 stockers with toyo proxy 4's
You got it. We've concluded it was faulty. Brand new out of the box and it blew up. Put in an older one and it hummed right through. A 3/4" endmill spinning at 12,000 rpm makes quite a racket when it let's go.
To slow. It was a solid carbide 3flute in aluminum. 4flute is good for finishing but not so great for roughing. In stainless we use inserted cutters for roughing and carbide for finishing.
