FS:'04 PSM STi, low miles

Very first ad, haven't really thought about what to say about it but here's some highlights:
Original owner, 70K miles.
Garage kept and clear bra since new
18x9 wheels,
JDM pink springs
Prodrive Axelback
Many many chassis mods, cusco sways, 8 pt undercarriage brace, fender brace, ALK, Diff skidplate, cusco cambers, rear strut chassis brace, etc.
No outstanding mechanical issues and no major service beyond regular maintenance. Despite all the chassis bracing, never did a track day. Lots of spare parts: downpipes, intakes ,etc. not installed.
One rash on rt. rr. wheel. Used to run meth injection to combat pinging but since removed.

I have more photos if interested. Redwood City.

I was thinking $18.5K obo., thanks for looking.

Wow. That's exactly how I would mod an STi. Same here...I wish I had the free cash right now

Time to play around with some finances...

Forgot to add that I also have one of those aluminum front bumper beams by Oswald Performance, really improves turn in. Also, the 8 pt. subframe is also aluminum, Do-luck.
