do these fit well on the bugeyes with no modifications?

 

you have to cut the bumper to fit the bubble light on the bottom.

did you cut out the bubble on the bumper to make it fit or did you just get a new rear bumper? I'm thinking of swapping the tail lights on my bugeye too. Just getting info before actually doing it. Thanks.

Well, you don't really have to cut the bumper, put it in, just don't tight the two nuts on the bottom of the light all the way, it will still fit with just a hair gap. If you take the weather strip off the tear drop portion, it will even fit better. Lots of ppl do that method to get best fittment.
