I'm calling my financing company tomorrow to find out how much is owed on the car itself. ATM I pay 500 a month and I have like 3.5 years left on the loan, but I'm financed at like 14 or 15 percent APR. Ouch, eh? I got ****ty credit
I didn't wanna part the car out cuz that's a pain in the ****, esp the things like injectors, but I may end up doing just that. I'll hit it up tomorrow with the final word

Josh - I obviously can't take your car payments over (can barely make my own ), but if you do end up parting out the car I'd probably be interested in the DEFI gauges.

And to be honest - you'll probably make a fair amount of cash on parting out your car and then selling it in stock form. You should get far more than if you sell the car as a whole with the parts.

 

Hate to be the realist here...I'm truly not trying to be a dick.

You're going to get screwed, face it. You owe 21k on a car that is worth no more than 17k on the private party used car market.
It's been heavily modded, so returned to stock form I'd expect no more than 15k from a private party if you're honest with them.

Even if you got 17-18k for it, that means you're going to have to write a check to the bank for $3k.

Your best (only?) option for no cash out of pocket is to go trade it in at a dealership where they will add that difference to the financing for the new car you buy. You're going to have to get a cheap car, because used car loans are even higher rates.

That loan is insane...I can't imagine getting it in the pooper that badly from a bank. Good luck!!!

Well fellaz, it looks like I'm going to hafta part my car out, so your all in luck I won't be taking offers on parts until they are OFF the car, so I know what to ask for them. Also, I don't know what I can and can't take off yet. Those Defi gauges are gonna be a biznatch Don't worry though...I'll make a nice long post with cheap prices when I get everything in order.
