So... No turbo? I thought the 2.0L had different compression because of the addition of the turbo? I could be wrong but a normally aspirated engine that is supposed to be forced induction doesn't make sense.

Not trying to bash or ruffle feathers. I just honestly don't understand how that works.

Are u serious? I don't know how else to put it, WRX ENGINE. So yes it has a turbo.

 

You yourself said it was a bad write up. There for it also has much more than just the wrx engine. Don't patronize me for asking questions.

 

Of course when it's labeled a wrx swap I would assume it would, but when it just says "engine" with no reference to any other wrx internals it didn't make sense. I was just asking. OP became a smartass and ruined any further interest.

... wow.... No offense to you, but I think 99% of the people on i-club would assume a WRX engine is everything needed to run an EJ20, not just the block. TBH I would have reacted the same way, if asked the same question...


Anyway, I'm curious on the pictures as well. Are you running a WRX hood or a front mount? AFAIK the stock RS hood didn't have a hoodscoop correct?
