No rips or holes, but it does have some light stains on it, not sure if they can be removed or not. Works perfectly. The stain almost looks like how dried saltwater would look, not sure what it is as the previous owner did it and I just got a new seat.

First person to pick it up can have it, I live in Santa Clara.

Naw, they are a little too high on the seat to be love stains. Unless previous owner had horrible aim.

I live near San Tomas and 101.
