Check? No, No one trusts those anymore, and I'm sure he doesn't accept credit cards. So cash sounds fair imo, I guess. Hmm, whoever buys these those will get a good deal.

Well, he sold the $600 set of wheels and tires, one hour before I called him.

However, he DID happen to have another set, not as nice, with curbage on two wheels...

...and 3 good tires out of four...

for $400.

Met him at the bank, turns out he was a customer of mine from Marin Subaru, and he's simply fallen on some difficult financial times.

Cash transaction, safe transaction, and now I have a set of wheels and tires for my SVX.
