Feeler: 2002 WRX 88k miles Excellent Condition
I'm considering selling my car when I get home from school in a few weeks. I love to drive it, but I get very few chances because I'm a full time student and leave my car at home for peace of mind.
Obviously I am unable to post a current picture as I'm 300 miles away from my car, but if you check out my project thread you can get an idea of what it looks like (or see quoted picture).
The car:
2002 WRX sedan -- aspen white, 5spd
88k miles
No accident history -- clean title
Exterior is hardly modified
If you have a question please post it in this thread so I can answer it publicly. If you would like to make an offer feel free to post it here or message it to me privately.

Based on my craigslist research I'm hoping to recover around 14k.
For reference, here are the 13-14k options on SF bay craigslist:
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/ctd/2408003112.html -- wagon, no mention of mileage
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/2404624820.html -- wagon, auto, 100k+ miles
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/2406662482.html -- not running, needs clutch, fender, control arm
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/2402530965.html -- very heavily modified, and nearly 200k miles
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/cto/2406871329.html -- stock + blue painted interior parts
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/2400574612.html -- also stock with blue painted interior parts
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2401165385.html -- very comparable in condition, no aftermarket goodies

I don't mean to bash on your thread, just a comment. I think it'd be better to compare prices of bugeyes instead of the 04-05 and the 06-07.
Your car is super clean btw, it has all the mods I wanted before!

Here's another picture:
Your car is sooo clean...only if it were cheaper and in PSM! White is my second favorite color though on bugeyes! One of my relatives is actually looking for a car right now so I'll let him know about it.
How many owners did the car have? Maintenance records? Even if you did the oil changes yourself?
No non-reported accidents during the life of the car? Also, according to your build thread, the car isn't protuned right? All the mods are sitting with just a stage 2 reflash from the Cobb AP2?
Last question, do you go to UCSB? Your profile location says Bay Area/SB lol

I'm glad you asked about the service records: the previous owner did all of the oil changes, and recorded each one with a pen on the inside of the owners manual. I wish I had a picture to share. He also noted when the tires were rotated, pads changed, battery, plugs, etc. I tried to continue this practice but ran out of space, so now most of my documentation is in a Word document.
Accidents: I have not had any accidents. From what I can tell, neither did he. I installed all of the parts myself so I've become extremely familiar with the car and nothing has caused me to raise an eyebrow.
Tune: Correct, the car is currently running on the Cobb OTS (off the shelf) stage 2 map. I have been running the stock air box as a precaution, and the MBC is set under 16psi. If I get home and still don't have any seriously interested parties I'll get it tuned at EQ and keep it. Otherwise I intend to sell it on the stage 2 map. My reasoning is that it's fairly likely that the next owner will make a few modifications upon purchasing the car, rendering a custom tune pointless.

I also want to address a thread I posted earlier this year asking to borrow an Accessport to read an engine code:
I forget what the code was exactly, but it was something like "small vacuum leak" or something along those lines.
As it turns out, I didn't get the fuel pump cover gasket seated perfectly after I installed the Walboro 255. I opened the cover, fixed the gasket position, and snugged it back down. Since then the code hasn't come up.
