Blue T-wrex is right, you wont get 300 for a dented exhaust, i sold mine for 350 in brand new condition. you can probably sell to some Noob on CL who doesnt know the difference from a catback and an axleback. But then again, it is your exhaust and you can set whatever price you'd like. Just dont get "butthurt" when people try to help you.
