Smile F/S 04 WRX Cobb AP $540 firm

$642 Brand New. Savings of $102. (tax sucks!)

Why buy mine? This one comes with a receipt from FLI. The guys over there told me that with the receipt you can get a discount to get your car tuned for a special program that meets the specs of your car. Generally it costs about $200-$300 to tune your car (2-3 Hours Tuning Time). FLI will knock off an hour with the receipt saying it was bought from them. You can get your car tuned with this AP for about $150. You can always call to confirm with them if you like.

The AP also comes with programing from Cobb for 91 octane stage 1 and 2, CA 91 octane stage 1 and 2, valet mode, economy mode, stock mode (for those back to the dealer times) and anti-theft security mode. All other generic programs are online. I've loved the performance upgrades even from the stock stage 2 unit.

This unit also reads specific digital boost levels among other features. Comes with everything I got with it, including receipt. I've even got a black Cobb AP shirt i'll throw in. The unit makes your WRX run how it should, with efficiency and smooth torque and acceleration. stage-1: 255 HP/ 260 ft-lbs. stage-2: 280 HP/ 285 ft-lbs

Cobb AccessPort
AE-WRX-PORT-04 2004 WRX Full.
I've used once to plug in and program one program. It will come unmarried and ready to go with updatable programs as Cobb puts them out on their website.

Need to give it up and be responsible. Too easy to floor it on the freeway and get noticed by CHP!

$540 firm and available for meet or pick up around SF Berkeley area. Send me PM for meeting time and location.

Now is this the 04/05 that they had problems with, or the one specific for '04's?

In the early days it was problems with both. Now, since 1.3, it's all better(there were OL/CL issues). You can flash an 04 to 05 or send it to cobb if you don't trust yourself and they gladly do it. Regardless of what year it's used on I highly recommend getting it protuned, it makes it so much more drivable and better behaved.
