After further development, we are now making the EQ Custom Flash service available to all CAN-BUS applications. This includes all 08+ Subarus and even the Evo X! We even have full control over the SI-Drive modes and can set them up to the customer's liking. So no more need for the expensive AccessPORT if you don't need it for map switching!
Yesterday we completed the first CAN-BUS EQ Flash for a customer with great results. The customer brought in his almost brand new 2008 Legacy GT in the morning. We installed a Cobb Catted downpipe and a Hallman MBC and went out for the custom tune. After a couple hours of fine tuning, here are the results:

Besides the excellent power and very quick spoolup, the customer was completely astonished at the smooth, responsive drivability we were able to accomplish. The stock mapping in the newer cars makes for some of the worst drivability I've seen to date, so this is one of the major benefits of a good tune.
After the tune, the customer was a bit concerned about his wife driving the car with the new power and response. So we took some time to set up the different SI-Drive modes to his liking. We set the I mode with very nice, linear, progressive throttle feel and significantly lower overall power. The S# mode was set up with full power and a very responsible throttle feel. The S mode was somewhere in between with full power available at WOT, but significantly less at lower throttle angles. The customer loved this so much, he wants to get "man" and "woman" signs stenciled onto SI-Drive ****
Thanks
