Engine build help!?

Its a pcv hose system. Once goes to the turbo inlet and the other is the thicker black hose on the block under the throttle body ( its in the picture you have posted)

I put that on there because my original plan was to put the center one straight to catch can. When I got the shortblock that hole was just plugged. Is it necessary?
