Well it's finally over. I've gone back and forth a few times about selling my car and never could pull the trigger. A few people have backed out on me over the years and I've backed out on a few deals myself. Sorry to all those people it never worked out with but now the time has come for me to sell my car. I bought it brand new with 6 miles on the odometer December, 6 1999. 90%+ of the miles are highway commuting miles from the 75 mile round trip from Auburn to Sacramento for work everyday. My needs have changed, my interests have changed, etc, etc, etc.

Glad you found an RS, Jeff. Sorry about that whole fiasco. Since you drove it I have gone over the whole car with a fine-toothed comb. Replaced some suspension parts that were creaky, some sensors, got some new side skirts, a few replacement interior parts, etc.

Mike, All is well up here. I saw a car that looked like yours the other day rolling west on 80 towards Roseville around Rocklin. Got me wondering what you've been up to.

 

Yep, still building guitars and probably/hopefully will be doing it for a long time.

Lower insurance rates, no more smog, and more room hopefully. 1971 Datun 510 Wagon with a VG30/5spd. I have to sell my car before that car gets sold though. :/

Seems like I haven't been to a meet in forever. Maybe after I get another car I'll make it down to one.

If you ever want to add some guitar stuff to your portfolio let me know. I am going to be working on a dj/hiphop inspired guitar with a built in crossfader sometime in the future. It would be rad to get some of your art on it to really bring it to life. (Actually this has been in the works for a long time but now that I have my own shop I can really do it when I get time.)

Did you catch Hiero when they toured off thier new(er) album a few months back? I got lazy/stupid and missed two perfect opportunities to see them when I was in Boston.
