So I'm a parts *****. What's it to you?
Bought this for $150 from View Askew last night. It's in great shape and includes everything.
Installed it this morning in 15 minutes while my oil was draining completely. Had a blast ripping around Sunnyvale squealing off at pedestrians and other cars. The purple insert makes it more whoooshie and less screechy. Both sound awesome.
It's just not for me. My engine bay looks stock and I think I'd like to keep it that way.
Just want to get my money back. $150 in Mountain View/Millbrae. You can always put it on ebay and get $200 for it.

the purple insert isn't that great. I stil havent tried it out since i put the vf30 on but with the stock turbo it made no noise really. You can get the same sound if you just run wiht no insert at all. Im waiting to try it out with the fmic im getting but if i dont like it then ill let you know soundwave.

It definitely made noise with the vf34. But not the signature HKS screeeeeaaaach. It was cool but different. I think it's sold already too! Adam call me back!

yea i just tried it out and it made more noise then with the stock turbo but still not alot. At full boost it has a whooshhhhhh then a slight whistle sound. Low boost is almost no noise, sorta like the stock bov with no intake silencer but the sound last longer.
