why is everyone giving the seller crap? he's just trying to sell the damn phone. Everyone realizes the phone is free if you sign a contract. i just got the phone free with only signing a one year contract. $275 is a decent price without contract.

Anyways, there are no gimmicks behind this, i know how much the phone sells for and what the reasonable price someone would pay, although i got it free why would i shortchange myself? Anyway it IS brand new i just got it in the mail today.
