I don't know if CA has to pay sales tax with Tire Rack, but if they don't, it's slightly cheaper to buy it from TR than from a local place that wil price match TR because 8% sales tax on $700 is $56, and shipping should only be ~$35 or slightly less.
There's a $50 rebate out for those tires on TR so basically Quoc is selling them for Tire Rack's after shipping and after rebate price.

go to costco. you may pay a bit more but you get free mounting and balancing, life time flat repair and free rotation and re-balance for the life of the tires. and they have a $60 promo coming up in early june.
