For sale is an ecutek reflashed ecu off my 03 wrx. was reflashed by vishnu with different dead time for PE injectors and also timing since I was running a big maf with the car. I'm not sure if you can drive the car on just this ecu so for anyone interested I will meet you at Vishnu, Gruppe-s, or any other ecutek tuner in the bay area before your tune so you can get it reflashed on the spot and then get tuned.

Vishnu XEDE piggyback. This is a great piggyback ecu. Had it on my car alone back when I just had turboback exhaust, it was awesome and added great power/made the car drive better. With the vf30 setup it was just as nice, drove better than stock and made great power. This XEDE has the newest harness for the wrx.

do you need to take the piggy back system in to a tuning shop, or is it set for a near stock setup? i ask because i would start off using it with oem injectors, turbo, etc.

 

the Xede is a piggyback so u don't have to get it tuned right away.

You can easily load a base map for your mods and start using it right away without having to pay someone to tune it right away.

Of course, ideally you should get it tuned for optimum performance, but again, it's not needed right away.

 

As Zoeb mentioned you will not need to get this engine management tuned right now to run it. Vishnu offers a great base map for the stock wrx that will work very well. I can load the map on the ecu for you if you would like even incase you don't have a laptop for the xede.

the price is $300 for my ecu w/ a ecutek license and the buyer will have to give me their stock ecu from a 02/03 wrx with a manual transmission. No trading of the exhaust.... It is your decision where you want to get tuned, but you will have to pay for the dyno tune (roughly $175-200 at most shops) So instead of going to a shop and paying $650 for the license + another $200 for tuning, you get the license for $300 and then pay for the tune. So you are for the most part saving $350 if you want to go the dyno tuned rought.
