Eclipse AVN2454 Touchscreen DVD/NAV - $250
This comes with the wiring harness ready to go. You will need to tap into the speedo wire to get the reading, but everything else is wired to plug into the Subaru wiring. This came out of an 05 STI so it should work with any other Subaru with the same wiring.
If you buy this you might want to track down a current map DVD. The one I have must be a few years old by now.
It was rarely used for the DVD or NAV so the screen is still in great shape. You can get more info about the unit here.
