hey just curious, but saw the thread u posted in about suspension advice. You said that coilovers need to be maintained regularly. What exactly do u mean by that? (i.e what steps need to be done to them). I talked to Nukabe about getting my cusco Zero2r coilovers rebuilt but they said they aren't rebuildable.

which is exactly why we never recommend non rebuildable coils when we recommend coilovers...becasue when those blow out/leak....they are not servicable

KW's & Ohlins are a protected investment b/c they can be serviced....ALL coilovers need servicing or they are not designed to be serviced i.e. cusco, helix, etc...these are why they are on the lower end as far as pricing (there are many others too that are not worth the money that is spent on them but a lot of folks go for a "look").

"maintaining" = taking off and having at min the fluid replaced, seals checked/replaced, and or rebuilt if needed...we offer this service here for rebuildable coilovers.

*also keep in mind that Nukabe the US distributor for Cusco is closing its doors end of this month for the IL office and end of June for the CA facility
