Cosworth shortblock
We have a used Cosworth shortblock with Cosworth 79mm billet crankshaft. Motor could use a refresh due to some slight cylinder wall scoring. I would recommend a set of Cosworth 99.75mm pistons and a new set of bearings.
Asking price is $3500.

How many miles are on this block and what kind of power did it see. Mike, you said it would need some refreshening on the cylinder walls; why, or is it just because of normal wear and tear?

Oh something I should add, this motor never used a drop of oil or smoked ever. It has come to every race we have done this year on my favorite engine stand as our back up motor.
I only recommend the refresh due to if it were me that is what I would do and as I stated there are some scuffing marks on the cylinder walls.

If anyone locally wants to take a look at the block it's sitting here on a stand ready for any inspection, I have not taken the oil pan off so would happily do that for someone so they can inspect for any shavings etc.
