i don't remember the bore size i think its something like 66mm

depends on what wheels you're using, the backs of wheels usually have pockets where the extra stud can go in.
as long as you run a wide enough wheel/tire your bearings should be okay. i haven't had any issues, i don't know of any people having issues on nasioc with replacing their bearings due to spacers. a lot of track cars run big spacers like these too, i've seen it personally at several big shops.
