Intermittent wiper stalk? for the 09 or 04 steering column. Also what exactly is that hahah

From the 04. I am referring to the windshield wiper controls...on the right side of steering column

How much is the 09 steering wheel pick up? Is that a 04 WRX rear diff? How much for that too?

Hey guys i fergot to mention that both the tranny and diff are broken. The tranny is off a 06 wrx and the diff from an 02. The center diff is still there and is not broken .
