The v brace and strut bars are gone, so is the backing with the logo on it, you will need to fab up something or have somebody fab up a new backing for it, otherwise there is a drop off to the trunk floor.

Its for two 12's, ill include the speakers and the amp for a little extra (image dynamics maxxis, and a RF bd1000)
