All new. Heads are rebuilt (in new shape). This motor is being stored at my house for a buddy of mine. I came real close to buying it since I need a motor, but I can't afford to piece it all together at the moment... I need a complete swap. This is a brand new complete oem STi block with matching STi heads that were re built. Come take a look at it bring your mechanic and do any testing you'd like. Nothing sketchy here. He sells headers not a header. So maybe you'll get a few different ones...
