as the title says, body by jake total home workout. 200 lb of resistance. fits on to any door. basicly brand new. only used it like once. perfect gift for someone or perfect for someone whose too busy for driving to the gym! still in box. comes with poster and everything. retail is 149.99 not including tax. im selling for $90.00 OBO or trade for other stuff. post or pm if interested.
