lets just say its not good business ignoring customers and giving them a ridiculous price on a specific part thinking that they don't jack about cars..

As for pricing, i do believe that we've been very good at giving competitive prices to all of our customers. If you feel that we gave you a ridiculous price on a certain part, please come by and we will try our best to give you the best pricing possible.

Mach III is usually very good about their customers - what are the details of your situation? Maybe somebody there needs to be fired

to be honest MachIII's customer service and pricing is not bad for an auto parts shop, talking from experience b4 i knew the guys that work there. they could get busy with phone calls and customers sometimes and left one or two customers wandering in the shop, but i've seen alot worse in other auto parts shop. situation got worse after i got to know the guys that works there, i get harassed by Henry everytime i go in there
