Nihonto made by Koyama Nobumistu of Japan in full tradional polish. Was a mastersmith recongized by the Japanese govt during his time. Mostly made guntos for officers during the war.

In this case, I doubt it. This is a seriously niche item that, if someone is really interested in, they will check it out and send him an email/pm regardless of a pic. I really doubt a pic would make too much difference, though it would be cool to see.

EDIT: Oh yeah. For those of your shaking you head at the rust... rust on the nakago (tang) is 110% acceptable. As a matter of fact you do not remove it or else it damages the value. Rust on the nakago signifies age and authenticity of nihonto among other things.

That sword is beautiful... I would just keep it, almost worth the rarity in keeping it around. I have a ton of cheap swords/stands just for decoration in my place, I would never sell a blade like that if I had one.
