Would a 2000 OBS 4EAT and the matching 3.90 diff work well enough for you?

I don't think the transmissions are the same. I think the gearing is a little different, but I am sure you can check online somewhere to make sure.

For you, sure. But it's 4.11, not 4.44 diffs. You'll need both.
