Pardon the stupid question, but do you know if the PS pumps are the same on our cars? Mine is a 2001. I know there were engine differences since mine doesn't have a MAF... My PS pump is making noise..

AFAIK there should be no difference between your 01 pump and my 99. This one still works fine, it did not fit with my WRX motor so I had to remove it.

Quick question on the Perrin panel filter. Do you still have the oil and directions on how to clean and re-oil the filter?
I dug through some boxes last night and found an unused stock air filter.

All I have is the filter itself, no extra oil or directions. If I'm not mistaken foam filters like Perrin aren't supposed to be cleaned and re-oiled like K&N, maybe I'm wrong though?

I'm definitely interested, although my timing sucks. I'm out of town all weekend and next week I'm out of town for work. Are you going back to stock and needing the oem filter asap? If so, I can pop it in the mail to you this week and pick up the Perrin and give you the cash when I'm back in town. Let me know.

Shoot me a pm when you get back in town if I still haven't traded it by then, it's yours.

Perrin filter still available? I'm flying back into town tomorrow via Oakland and thought I might swing down to Newark for it if you're available. However, I looked at my air filter closely and realized that it's been used for a few miles. iirc, I drove the car from Santa Cruz Subaru to San Jose before changing it out. Let me know if you're still interested.

My Perrin is still available. Sounds like you should have no more than 50 miles on your OEM filter, if thats the case then we can still trade + cash. Tomorrow I'll only be at my house between 230pm and 530pm. Unless you want to meet me at CSUH parking lot when I get out of class at 2pm?
