The Helix Top-Mount-Intercooler for the 2002-2005 Impreza WRX features a massive 480mm x 200mm x 100mm (19” x 8” x 4”) bar and plate core designed exclusively for larger-than-stock-turbo WRX’s. The massive bar and plate core allows efficient cooling of the intake charge with minimal pressure drop. 25 + degree (F) intake charge temperature reductions are realized over the stock TMIC – helping to both increase power and reduce risk of detonation.* Included is a cast-aluminum Y-pipe, silicon hose, and the cast end-tanks are CNC machined to ensure optimal flow characteristics. Dyno-testing has yielded over 15whp gains with even greater performance gains in real world conditions.
