No worries guys. It's alllllll good.

Toes were stepped on, we all can be cool.

I'm sure that whomever ends up with this harness will love it. If I don't think the buyer is fitting, I'll toss the one I have for the truck, and adapt this one to the truck's needs.

My Buyer still hasn't given me an answer Noah, so I can't give you an answer yet...but rest assured you're 2nd on the list of who gets it.

so wait, would this work in your/BruceLee's old 2000 RS? I assume they are close enough in years...but I suppose it would need an auto/manual swap to truly work.

I guess it does not matter as it is pretty much sold. I hope the "other guy" get it too, as LIC could just make one if they need it lol.

1. Yes. Just buy an ej20 and a manual trans.

2. I hope it's sold. I'd love to have someone enjoy this harness.

3. I dunno... Good luck with that one. I heard you have to own 2 Unicorns, and show that you've got tooooo much time to spend cleaning all the corners of the new shop every 5mins.

I was actually thinking of using the stock engine about to come out of my 06 WRX minus AVCS.

Anyway, free bump...and a laugh at the expense of the LIC guys. I am sure splicing 2 wiring harnesses is not as simple as I made it sound!!

Like Noah said the. Splicing the harness is not rocket science. Mainly you pull out two sets of diagrams and merge them into one. Stripping the harness can be a bit nerve racking but lay it out, label everything, cut out what's not needed, and remember the soldering is your friend. If you know point a and you know point b then it's just a matter of connecting them together.

Thanks for the info. I am very familiar with wiring diagrams, soldiering, etc, sao I should be able to figure it out. Although trying to find the TPS wire on my ECU drove me nuts, so I had to seek some assistance when wiring my AVC-R. I read a couple harness merge threads and they said there is around 50 wires that have to be spliced. I have a lot of research before I even get a car to swap as I have many questions about fuel control, ABS, etc.

Anyway, I will stop jacking the thread.

As a side note, if both of the first sellers fall through I am interested, as I may be picking up a 98 rs
