Hey guys,

up for sale is a set of GC8 6 spokes. They are 16x7 and are made of aluminum. They are lightweight at around 16 pounds and are also OEM Subaru quality so you know they will last. The rims have very minor curbage on them. Minor to the point where you can even tell its there unless you get down and intentionally look. All 4 rims are straight and true and will come with all center caps.

The tires mounted on the rims are Falken FK-452 tires. These are classified as an Ultra High Performance tires because they have very stiff sidewalls for better cornering and steering response. The tires also have a sticky rubber compound which equates to amazing grip so the car will go the direction you tell it. The tires have <5,000 miles on them. I know this because I bought the car with 113k miles and I took the summer tires off at 117,xxx miles to put on my winter rims.

I am selling the rims because I am selling the car and will no longer need a set of Subaru wheels.

I am asking $450 for the set of wheels with tires. The tires are in great shape. I have never raced or launched the car, I will admit they have seen a couple offramps but nothing crazy. Never had them patched or plugged or anything either. The tires have had a nice life.

so those Goodyears in the pic are now the Falkens? and they are 205's or 225's?

 

That is correct. The tire size is 205/50/16 which is a smaller sidewall than what stock calls for. I chose that tire size because the sidewall is stiffer which means better handling, the acceleration is improved because of the smaller overall circumfrence and thats the what v5/v6 STi uses from the factory and I have v6 STi suspension so it all just made sense to me
