235/45/17 Advan A046 Tires, GREAT CONDITION!!
These came of my IX, switched to all-seasons for the winter months, will get a dedicated set of 255/40s next summer, so no need for these
Great condition!, all even wear, rotated at 3000 miles, almost 7/32s left!! (9/32 brand new), 2 1000 mile all highway trips and mostly commuter miles

These are as close to R-compounds as you will get on street tires. I really dont know how I managed to only use 2/32s of the tread
Great Auto-X tires and replacements to go a bit wider than the Stock STi RE070s (sideways arent QUITE as stiff as the RE070s, but they are indeed stickier)
