2010 Subaru Forester 2.5XT Limited, Black Leather/Navigation, 79K mile - $13500

Privately owned 2010 Subaru Forester XT with ~79k miles. Purchased at Steven Creek Subaru in 2010, and has always been taken care of, garaged, and had on-time maintenance (Subaru Dealership/mechanics). Reason for selling is purchased of another car. This car was only used for wife's commute locally, with 2 road trips down to southern California (~400 miles). Car has never been in an accident or had mechanical problems, comes with clean title.
Car is in excellent condition besides the usual daily driving wear (door dings, etc.). The interior is well-kept and has minimal wear on leather, clean carpet given plastic OEM floor mats, and smokeless.
The engine was correctly rotated-in at time of purchase and was never driven very hard. Oil change was done at every 5000-7500 miles as recommended with major services done at 15000, 30000, and 60000 miles.
Kelley Blue Book estimates this car to be worth $14,478, I am listing it at $13,500.
