$29k OTD.. That's what I got mine for..

(It also took 5 hours of haggling at the stealership)

my fiend was offered a shade less of 23k$ trade in value ... so i imgane they will "recondition" it and mark it up for the 29k area. but you should definetely at least haggle out tax, fees... for a used carat the dealer. (his car had like 10k miles though)
